The TH type bucket elevator is a new product developed by Youcheng Machinery Factory based on the HL type bucket elevator. Compared with it, it has significant advantages such as large conveying capacity, high lifting height, smooth operation, and long service life. Its main technical performance and parameters comply with JB3926-85<<Vertical bucket elevator>>(this standard is equivalent, referring to standards and standards); The traction circular chain complies with TM36-8<<Mining circular chain>>.

The TH type bucket elevator has the following characteristics:

1. The conveying capacity is large, and compared to the HL type, the TH type with the same bucket width has a nearly double increase in conveying capacity:

2. Assembled chain wheels are used. The wheel body and rim are connected by bolts. After the chain wheel is worn to a certain extent, the bolts can be unscrewed to replace the wheel flange, which is convenient to replace and saves material and reduces maintenance costs;

3. The lower part adopts a heavy hammer lever type tensioning device, which can achieve automatic tensioning. After installation, there is no need to adjust and a constant tension can be maintained, ensuring the normal operation of the machine and avoiding slipping or chain detachment;

4. The traction component is a low alloy circular link chain, which, after appropriate heat treatment, has high tensile strength and durability, and a long service life.

5. The elevator is used for unloading materials by mixing or gravity, with a suction loading method. It is suitable for conveying low grinding materials in powder, granular, and small pieces with a stacking density not exceeding 1.5t/m3. The temperature of the materials shall not exceed 250 degrees.

The bucket elevator is equipped with two types of hoppers:

Zh type (medium depth bucket) is generally used for conveying wet, clumped, and difficult to throw materials, such as wet sand, molding sand, fertilizer, alkali powder, etc.

SH type (deep bucket) is generally used to transport dry, loose and easily thrown materials, such as cement, crushed stone, coal blocks, etc.
