working principle
The equipment is driven by a motor to reduce the speed of the gearbox, which is then transmitted through a chain wheel to drive the gears on the shaft to rotate, causing the upper and lower rows of forming molds to run synchronously. The metal sheet enters from the feeding port and is gradually pressed into double-layer glazed tiles with specific shapes and sizes through multiple rolling processes under the action of the mold. During the pressing process, the spacing and pressure of the mold can be adjusted to adapt to different thicknesses and materials of sheets, as well as to produce glass tiles of different specifications. When the glazed tile reaches the set length, the hydraulic cutting system will cut it to a fixed length.
