1. Through continuous stirring with spiral blades, the transported material does not produce dust. Spiral blades are made of replaceable blades, and manganese steel is used to improve the service life of the blades. The connection between the spiral blade tube and the input adopts a spline connection, which is easy to install and disassemble for maintenance.

The dust humidification mixer adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or uses a motor to drive the operation of the spiral shaft through the reduction of the pulley, which runs smoothly and has low noise. The material flow direction is from the top of the humidification conveyor for feeding and the bottom for discharging, and the material flow direction is reasonable and easy to transport. Maintenance of SJ-80 Dual axis Dust Humidifier:
1. The bearings bear all the load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the service life of the bearings. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, the lubricating oil injected needs to be clean and the seal needs to be good. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings, (2) rolling mill bearings, (3) all gears, and (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces.
2. The base plane of the movable device should be free of dust and other substances to prevent the movable bearings from moving on the base frame when the machine encounters unbreakable materials, which may cause serious accidents.
3. If the bearing oil temperature rises, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to check the cause and cancel it.
4. Pay attention to checking the degree of wear of easily worn parts and replace worn parts at any time.
