Forming host: The core part is formed by gradually rolling metal sheets through multiple sets of roller wheels to shape them into the shape of roof tiles. The frame is welded with 300H steel and driven by chain wheel. The thickness of the vertical plate is 12mm.
Forming cutting device: using hydraulic cutting method, accurately cutting the formed roof tile according to the set length to obtain the required finished product size.
