Working principle: The 900 Roll Forming Machine mainly relies on hydraulic and pneumatic systems for operation. Firstly, place the metal sheet to be pressed on the workbench of the equipment. Then, adjust the pressing parameters through the control system, activate the hydraulic system, and apply pressure to the sheet by the pressure mechanism. The pneumatic system controls the up and down movement of the pressing tile mold to complete the pressing process. The equipment will automatically perform cutting, counting, and other operations to achieve automated production.

Shear mold: Gr12 material is commonly used, which has undergone high-temperature quenching treatment and has good performance and hardness, protecting the accuracy and quality of shearing.
Molding speed: generally 8-10m/min, some stable equipment can reach around 30m/min.
Pressing thickness: usually between 0.2-0.7mm, some equipment can press 0.8mm thick plates.
Pressing width: The standard feed width is 1000mm, and the effective coverage width is 900mm.
Transmission methods: There are mainly two types: chain wheel and chain drive, and hydraulic motor drive. Chain wheel and chain drive have the characteristics of stable transmission and simple structure, while hydraulic motor drive has the advantages of good transmission efficiency and convenient speed regulation.
