The MC-II Pulse Filter Bag Dust Collector has been greatly improved on the basis of the original Type I, with a relatively reasonable structure, low injection pressure, good cleaning effect, and small maintenance workload. It is currently an ideal Pulse Filter Bag Dust Collector.

Characteristics of MC-II Pulse Filter Bag Dust Collector:

1. On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC-I dust collector, the MC-II Pulse Filter Bag Dust Collector adopts a low resistance QMF-20P pulse valve, which prolongs the lifespan of the control system and filter bags of the dust collector by more than twice compared to the MC-I type, reducing maintenance workload.

2. The compressed air used for ash cleaning has decreased from the original pressure of 5-7 kg/cm2 to the current pressure of 3 kg/cm2, but the ash cleaning effect can still reach the pressure of 5-7 kg/cm2, thereby expanding the scope of use.

3. Due to structural improvements, the tightness of the equipment has been enhanced, and the air leakage rate can be less than 10%, further improving product quality.

4. Reformed the lid lifting device and filter bag fixing method, providing labor conditions for equipment maintenance and repair.

5. The spraying device has added a protective cover, and the cover plate structure adopts rainproof measures, so that the dust collector can be placed outdoors without the need for an additional rainproof shed, reducing construction investment.

6. The original agitator was removed from the ash removal section, and a YJD series automatic rotary ash discharge valve combined air shut-off device was installed. Expanded the effectiveness of ash cleaning, reduced maintenance, and achieved strict sealing and fast ash discharge.

The basic structure of MC-II Pulse Filter Bag Dust Collector is mainly composed of five parts.

1. Upper box: composed of a retractable cover plate and an air outlet;

2. Middle box: composed of porous plates, filter bag devices, and Venturi tubes;

3. Lower box: composed of air inlet, ash hopper, and inspection door;

4. Ash discharge system: composed of a deceleration device and ash conveying and discharging devices;

5. Spray system: composed of a control instrument, control valve, pulse valve, spray pipe, air bag, and protective equipment;

6. The control instrument adopts JMK-2 pulse control instrument and WMK pulse contactless control instrument.
