The blast furnace gas dry dust collector is a device that uses raw gas (260 ℃) from the raw gas main pipe to enter the lower box of a bag filter through a branch pipe. After mechanical separation, the gas is filtered upward through a bag filter, and fine dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag. The clean gas is collected in the upper box through the filter bag, and then enters the hot blast furnace through the clean gas branch pipe and main pipe. The various components of its spraying system have excellent aerodynamic performance, with low resistance of the pulse valve, fast start-up, good dust cleaning ability, and direct use of the bag opening, eliminating the need for traditional injectors. Therefore, the dust cleaning pressure only needs 0.15~0.3 MPa, and the filter bag length can reach 6 meters, breaking through the excellent bag length and small footprint of pulse bag dust collectors. The filter bag is embedded in the flower board with an elastic expansion ring sewn on the bag opening, making it extremely convenient to disassemble and assemble the filter bag, reducing the contact between people and dust.
Performance characteristics of the dry dust collector for blast furnace gas:
1. Pressure resistant circular cylinder, capable of withstanding high pressure of 0.1MPa;
2. Explosion proof (based on actual reports) valves are installed on the upper part of the dust collector, and an ash storage bin is installed under the ash hopper unloading device with good sealing performance;
3. Pulse cleaning, using inert gas (nitrogen) or clean pressurized gas as the pressure gas;
4. Adopting long cloth bag low-voltage pulse. The dust collector has a compact structure, good strength, strong rigidity, good sealing, good dust cleaning effect, easy operation and maintenance, and stable operation.
Precautions for treating moisture with dry dust collector for blast furnace gas:
Lower filtration wind speed: A higher filtration wind speed will force fine lime dust to enter the inner meandering micropores and cause blockage. When the reverse blowing is ineffective in cleaning the dust, it will remain inside the bag for a long time and form adhesive blockage in the filter holes. By adopting a low filtering wind speed, the above-mentioned drawbacks can be prevented.
Use dust removal bags with caution: Smooth dust removal bags that are not easily sticky to lakes should be selected, such as smooth polyester filter material 729, needle/needle felt dust removal bags, etc.
Sufficient pressure for dust cleaning and blowback: Using a blowback to clean the dust can remove the lime dust that has entered the filter material, and sufficient pressure is beneficial for effectively cleaning the dust in the filter material.
The blast furnace gas dry dust collector is equipped with a safety/safety bypass pipeline: When the relative humidity of the air increases, the dusty air entering the dust removal system is prone to condensation. To prevent water vapor from entering the blast furnace gas dry pulse bag filter and sticking to the filter material, a safety/safety bypass pipeline should be installed. At this time, the bag filter can be avoided, and the dusty air can only pass through the first stage cyclone dust collector before being discharged into the atmosphere. The above can be controlled automatically.
Shorter cleaning cycle: A shorter cleaning cycle is beneficial for timely removal of lime dust on the surface of the bag, reducing the possibility of adhesion.
