Maintenance measures for bag filter in daily life:
1、 The installation status of the filter bag, whether there is any occurrence of bag falling, loosening, wear, etc. after use, can be judged by visually observing the emission situation of the chimney after operation.
2、 Regularly check the operation of control valves, pulse valves, and timers. The failure of the pulse valve rubber diaphragm is a common fault in bag filters, which directly affects the dust cleaning effect. This device belongs to the external filter type, with a skeleton inside the bag. It is necessary to check whether the parts that fix the filter bag are loose and whether the tension of the filter bag is appropriate. Is the support frame smooth to prevent wear and tear on the filter bag. Compressed air is used for dust removal. Therefore, it is required to remove oil mist and water droplets, and the oil-water separator needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent malfunction of the moving mechanism and blockage of the filter bag.
3、 Check whether the air volume and pressure and temperature at each testing point are consistent with the design.
4、 Prevent condensation: During use, it is necessary to prevent the gas from cooling below the dew point in the bag chamber, especially when using a bag filter under negative pressure. Due to the frequent leakage of air into the outer shell, the gas temperature in the bag chamber is lower than the dew point, causing the filter bag to become damp. This results in dust not being loose but sticking to the filter bag, blocking the fabric holes and causing dust removal failure. This leads to excessive pressure drop in the dust collector, making it impossible to continue operating, and some bags may become stuck and unable to remove dust.
What are the structural types of bag filters
1、 According to the filtering method of the bag, it can be divided into external filtering and internal filtering.
2、 According to the shape of the filter bag, it can be divided into flat bags (trapezoidal and flat) and circular bags (cylindrical).
3、 According to the air inlet and outlet methods, it can be divided into: lower air inlet, upper air outlet, upper air inlet, lower air outlet, and DC type (limited to flat bags).
Bag dust collectors can be divided into large, medium, and small bag dust collector equipment according to their design structure size. Generally, large pulse dust collectors can be divided into online and offline cleaning forms according to their cleaning methods. Large bag dust removal equipment has a wide range of daily use, and its application industries are all high air volume dust removal equipment, such as cement and building materials, steelmaking, kilns, thermal power plants and other industries. The offline cleaning method of large bag dust collectors combines the advantages of various bag dust removal methods such as chamber back blowing and pulse blowing, and overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient chamber back blowing cleaning intensity and simultaneous pulse blowing and filter cartridge cleaning. Therefore, the application scope of dust collectors has been expanded. Due to the unique structure of this type of pulse bag dust collector equipment, the dust removal processing speed has been improved and the service life of filter bags has been extended.
1、 Pulse valve pulse interval of 1-9 seconds (the time from the pulse valve blowing to the next pulse valve blowing);
2、 Pulse width of pulse valve is 0.01~0.9 seconds (the time for opening and closing the pulse valve);
3、 The pulse controller of the bag filter has an input voltage of AC-22V;
4、 Its output voltage is DC-24V;
5、 The output current value is 1A;
Strict management should be carried out when using bag filters. Good management can not only avoid dangerous situations, but also extend the service life of bag filters. Bag dust collector dust cleaning is achieved by the program controller starting the pulse valve in a timed sequence, which compresses the air in the air bag (0.5~0.7MPa) and sprays it out from the nozzle hole (called primary air) through the Venturi tube to induce surrounding air several times the primary air (called secondary air) to enter the filter bag and rapidly expand in an instant, accompanied by the opposite direction of the airflow to shake off dust and achieve the purpose of dust cleaning. Bag filters are commonly used in dust containing gas purification and treatment systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, coal, and non-metallic mineral powder processing.
The bag filter has added a deceleration device to make the vibration frequency more accurate, resulting in good dust cleaning effect and extending the life of the filter bag. The filtration system adopts inner filter sleeve bags, which increase the filtration area while keeping the volume of the box unchanged, and the filter bags will not entangle with each other. The control system is equipped with a shutdown shaking ash cleaning program and instantaneous shutdown, which not only determines the ash cleaning effect but also does not affect the continuous operation of the system. The vibration transmission system uses universal ball bearings, which generally do not cause suffocation during shaking.
The bag filter utilizes the filtering effect of porous bag shaped filter elements for dust removal. Due to its good dust removal rate, strong adaptability, flexible use, simple structure, stable operation, easy dust recovery, and simple maintenance. With the development of our country's industry, we need to strictly follow environmental protection standards during construction. Bag filters are commonly used dust collectors in major factories, and their functions have greatly improved in recent years, with a qualitative leap in both service life and functionality.
The bag filter has a compact structure, good dust removal rate, and simple equipment, and is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, construction, chemical engineering, mining, and grinding. When this bag filter is in operation, the dusty gas enters the box through the bag filter inlet, and the purified gas filtered by the bag filter is directly sucked in and discharged by the fan. As the filtering time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the bag filter bag of the bag filter. Adding resistance to the filter bag gradually reduces the processing air volume. In order to ensure the normal operation of the bag filter, the resistance should be controlled within the corresponding range.
